Obituary of Etta K. Atkin

Etta K. Atkin Passed away on December 22, 2013 at age 93. Predeceased by her husband, Morris; daughter, Roseann Chiusano; brothers, Sidney & Hiram Korpeck; treasured companion, Richard Eisenberg. She is survived by her loving children, Carol (Stan) Kay & Louis (Jodi) Atkin; son-in-law, Michael Chiusano; grandchildren, Daniel (Kelly) & Jonathan (Katie) Kay, Julia (Damon) Dimmick, Paul (Sunita) Chiusano; Hannah, Jessica, Sarah & Mitchell Atkin; great grandchildren, Dylan Dimmick and Abigail Sadie Kay; nieces & nephews. Special thanks to her loving aides, Carol, Pam, Tyra and Solestine. Etta was a loving & devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. Her dedication to her family was immeasurable. Her commitment to the Rochester Jewish Community is a lasting legacy. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 1 PM in the Benjamin Goldstein Chapel of Temple B'rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave.). Click here for directions to the temple. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 from 7-8:30 PM in the Adult Lounge of Temple B'rith Kodesh. They will continue sitting on Wednesday, December 25th & Thursday, December 26th from 2-4 PM & 7-8:30 PM at the Clubhouse at Point Pleasant Estates (Bay Point Circle in Irondequoit). Visitation
