Obituary of Kay Wetzstein

Kay Wetzstein Passed away on October 8, 2014, at the age of 74. Survived by her husband, Carl; sons, Jeffrey Wetzstein & David Klausner; sister, Gail (Marty) Raffner; & many dear friends. Kay lived her entire life in Rochester. As a child, Kay enjoyed helping her father at Lake Avenue Diner & at Rochester Soda Water delivering soft drinks to the Lilac Festival. Kay was an active life member of AMIT Women, & was the founder of the younger Chapter of AMIT Women. Kay loved fundraising, & running the auctions for Temple Emanu-El, AMIT & Cystic Fibrosis. Kay ran the first annual Bowl-a-Thon for Cystic Fibrosis in the greater Rochester area. Kay loved spending the winter season in Florida. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 1 PM at Temple Emanu-El (2956 St. Paul Blvd). Click here for directions. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park.
