Obituary of Judith Bates (Levinson)

September 23, 2017, at age 77. Survived by her loving companion of 40 years, Bill Maresca; sons, David (Darcy Monroe) & Darryl (Cheri) Bates; grandchildren, Jonathan Bates, Leslie (Santo) Zennon, Kady, Lee & Wesley Bates, Peter (Laura) Discipio; great-grandchildren, Brody, Jauna, Carter & Lucia; brother, Donald (Diane) Levinson; nephews, Kevin (Tammy) & Keith (Kim) Levinson & niece, Kim (Jeff) Greene. 

Judy worked as a chemical dependency counselor. After her retirement, she dedicated her remaining time to caring for her family & friends, education and leading support groups at local clinics  She was a patient & supportive teacher with a passion for literacy, life & the arts. She always reinforced positive thinking & inspiring love in others was her life-long goal. 

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11 AM in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends are asked to gather at the main entrance.
