Obituary of Sanford Kent, DDS

Passed away on August 13, 2016, at the age of 90. Predeceased by his two wives, Shirley Kent and Rita Kent. Survived by his children, Alison (Alan) Kent-Friedman, Gavin (Bethel) Kent and Akivah (Deena) Kent; grandchildren, Joshua Friedman, Max Friedman and Tzipporah Kent; stepchildren, Eve (Douglas) Lefor Rutzen, Alan (Chi) Lefor, John (Wendy Bensussen) Lefor; step-grandchildren, Lauren Rutzen, Nina Rutzen, Maarten Lefor, Meghan (Mike) Dossoumon and Ben (Ashley Harrison) Lefor; companion, Anita Weinstein; Anita’s children, Linda (George) Masnik, Bill (Miriam) Weinstein and Amy (Ron) Zaguli; and Karen Lund, Sheila Lefor and Channah Larys. Funeral Services will be held on FRIDAY at 11:30 AM in The Benjamin Goldstein Chapel at Temple B’rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Avenue). Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will sit Shiva at The Chabad House (1037 Winton Road South) on Friday from 3-4 PM, Saturday after Shabbos ends until 10 PM, Sunday from 10-12 PM, 2-5 PM and 7-9 PM, and Monday from 10-10:30 AM.
