Obituary of Jerold S. Marks

Jerold S. Marks Jerold passed away peacefully after a long and full life on January 7, 2015. Survived by his niece, Melanie (William) Conroy; nephew Jeffrey (Jennifer) Marks; cousins Morley (Wendy) Gwirtzman and Ann (Arthur) Kolko; and his special friend, Marge Gilbert. Predeceased by his brother, Homer H. Marks. Jerold obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Rochester in 1944 and continued his education in optical engineering through the 1960’s. Later in life he was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service. Jerold loved golf, bridge, gardening and animals. He was a kind, caring and considerate person. A celebration of Jerold’s life will be held on TUESDAY, January 13, 2015 at 4 PM in The Chapel of Brighton Memorial Chapel, Inc. located at 3325 Winton Road South.
