I will miss him sitting at the information desk at Strong. We would kid with each other when we passed each other. I would ask him if he knew the way to "San Jose" and he would tell me "You can't get there from here." He was a delightful man and always put a smile on your face.

I got to know Dick through The Friends of Strong volunteer programs. His energy, quick wit and compassion were inspiring. Dick was one of the first visitors I had after surgery in 2004. He will be missed and mourned by many! My condolences to the family.

A period of mourning will be observed at 38 Greenwood Park in Pittsford, Friday 3-5 PM and Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 1 PM in the Main Sanctuary of Temple B’rith Kodesh, 2131 Elmwood Avenue.
Interment
Hershberg Family plot in the Temple B'rith Kodesh Section (Range 7) of Mt. Hope Cemetery.
