I am shocked and deeply saddened at Jerry's passing. Sandy and I will miss his truly unique sense of family and especially his sense of humor. I will call your Aunt Judy R. later. Its bad enough to loose a father, but right after coming back from the promised land, it must be nothing less than a world shattering experience. I hope your mother is holding up, and give her all the love we have in our hearts for her. I will leave you with one funny story, which I'm sure your father would appreciate. When we came out to Rochester about 25 years ago, your dad and mom let us stay at their place (actually I think it was in your room), and your dad asked Sandy permission to take me to a strip club! It was in Henrietta, and there were about 50 big rigs surrounding this small shack in the middle of the parking lot. Inside were a bunch beefy, criminal looking truckers. After a few drinks, your dad called the dancers over, and we started stuffing dollar bills in the ladies unmentionable areas. That was your dad at his best!
I will call your mom in a couple days until things calm down. My G-d bless him, and keep your mother, and the family safe and calm, knowing he is looking down on us.
