Obituary of Stan Orbach
Passed away on December 11, 2017, at the age of 72 after a long illness. Stan was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Sara Orbach. He is survived by his devoted wife of 21 years, Linda S. Kingsley; and his children, Rebecca, Dena, Tod and David who were the joys of his life.
Stan faced his illness with strength and dignity and many times was the anchor for his family through this long journey. His only real struggle in facing the inevitable was the fact that it would separate him from his wife and children. Stan had a long and successful career as an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. In addition to treating patients, he found great reward in training residents in his field. Prior to his illness, in his spare hours, Stan enjoyed exploring his talents in photography and painting.
Stan's family wishes to thank the many health care providers, without whom they could not have managed including; Dr. Robert Horowitz, Kristen Kildea, RN, Dr. Charles Duffy, Dr. Elizabeth Santos, Laurel Seifert, MSW, Dr. Zachary Suter and the wonderful hospice nurses whose efforts allowed Stan to stay in his own home until the end.
Funeral Services will be held on FRIDAY at 10 AM in The Main Sanctuary of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Road South).
