When I think of Mrs Miller, wonderful memories of fifth grade at #49 School surface. Such fun and interesting projects, she always made learning so much fun! Because her husband worked at the Gannet newspaper, we had a great field trip downtown to see how the paper was produced. Once while on a scavenger hunt when I was around 12 years old, we happened to ring her bell on Varinna Drive. she invited us in and talked for so long that obviously we lost the scavenger hunt but that was OK because I got to spend special time with one of my favourite teachers. Sincere condolences to your family. May you find comfort in all your wonderful memories of this fine lady.
