Obituary of Manuel M. Fine

Manuel M. Fine Pittsford: January 11, 2010 at age 95. Patriarch of the Fine family, Manny was predeceased by wife, Ruth. He is survived by his loving wife, Geraldine; children, Howard (Marlene) Fine, Barbara (Tony) Mittiga; grandchildren, Lindsey (Noel) Kurth, Matthew (Julie) Fine, Ruth Mittiga, Sarah (Dan Curran) Mittiga; great-grandchildren, Anna and Mollie Kurth, Lena and Connor Fine; brothers, Julius (Helen), Irving, Harvey (Barbara) and Dr. Paul (Rochelle); sisters-in-law, Isabelle Mazor and our special aunt and family caregiver, "Meme" Pitlick. Manny co-founded Royal Dry Cleaners with Abe Hersch in 1937. Rochester has a real gem - The Jewish Home Rehabilitation Unit - our gratitude extends to the staff and volunteers who are caregivers and more importantly DO care. A private Graveside Service was held in Britton Road Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 22 Burncoat Way, Pittsford, Wednesday 7-9 PM, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
