My deepest sympathy. I cared for Jack at Rochester General Hospital. I was the nurse on duty when he arrived to 4800 and I was on duty when he left for st. Ann. He was a dear man and cared deeply for his family. You will all be in my prayers and thoughts. Always, Rita

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11 AM in Britton Road Cemetery.
