Dear Deborah, Seth and Frank, Having known Barbara since 1983, I can attest to the fact that she was a wonderful person who will be deeply missed.She went through a lot but in the end, she came through it beautifully. God bless Barbara and God bless her entire family

Dear Deborah, Seth, Frank and your families, I have only known Barbara for 3 1/2 years and I feel truly blessed to be able to call her friend and a "companion on this journey" of life. She was a wonderful person and gave me much needed advice and love. I will miss her a great deal, especially on Monday nights which is our meeting night. I loved seeing her smile and giving her a hug. She said she looked forward to my hugs because I really hugged her. I will miss being able to do that. I know we will meet again and that she is in a much better place and at peace. May you all find peace during this difficult time. Shalom,

Barb was a good friend and a loving caring person. To all that work a 12 step program, she was a great example. She was a great artist and teacher. Her love touched many people. Her struggles are over, but her examples will live.

At the request of the family, there will be no local visitation.

Service Info

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 1 PM at Temple Israel Memorial Park, Sunrise Dr., Neshannock Twp. Friends invite you to celebrate Barbara's life on Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 1:30-4:30 PM at the Baha'i Center (693 East Ave. & Oxford St.).
