Comments Hello, Over 30 years ago I was given an incredible blessing as a child by meeting and staying with the Wildman family of Rochester, New York. This gift was made possible by The Fresh Air Fund camp and I stayed with the Wildmans for two weeks in the late 70s. I fell out of touch with them after my last summer with them but I never forgot the kindness and love of Mrs. Wildman. Quite recently I have been overcome with a very strong urge to reconnect with the Wildmans' and Mrs. Wildman in particular. Unfortunately I have read of her passing in April only today. It would be much appreciated if you could pass on my condolences to the Wildmans and let them know that Mrs. Wildman made an impression on me with her generous loving spirit and I will never forget her. Ted, My condolences to you all. I know she will be missed. I had no idea that Fraya was sick. She was a great person, and I know that you and she loved each other very much. We are very sorry we could not attend Fraya's service and saddened by her passing. My mom lost her dad when she was 9. Back then kids did not attend funerals and she was at home with a sitter. It was raining and the sitter said "the angels are crying". When it began to rain this morning, I was remembering this story. A loss of a good wife,mother, grandma and friend. Our deepest sympathy.

Fraya did love cooking, decorating, and children. She took care of children in her home. Our children were little together, Canandaigua Lake, Hebrew School carpool, and other outings. Fraya will be remember for her caring of others, and love of beautiful things. I was her friend for almost 40 years.

The family will receive friends at 40 Hampton Way in Penfield on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM & Friday from 2-4 PM.

Service Info

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11 AM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park.
