I was such a huge fan of Jack's, as was my father. He was a great friend and client to my dad for may years, and became a friend of mine over the later part of his life. He was always quick with a joke and had such a great wit about him. We will miss him very much. All our love,

Oh, Dawn! I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your husband was a vital cornerstone in the foundation of the Rochester arts community and a great humanitarian in so many ways. My husband and I will never forget the kindnesses you two extended to us when my stepdaughter Cheryl was stricken with cancer. The human fabric of our city will be forever diminished by the loss of this good man.

We have lost a great Customer and awesome Doctor, will all miss him. His wonderful humor and sometime gruff demeanor. Set him in a class hard to beat. As you thought about sitting in his office you would always try to see if he had a new picture on his desk. the goal was to notice the new picture and identify the star in the new picture. We will all miss him for sure!!! All our best to his family and friends!

Visitation
A Celebration of Jack's life will immediately follow at Irondequoit Country Club, 4045 East Ave until 7 PM. The family will continue receiving friends at Irondequoit Country Club on Tuesday & Wednesday from 3-7 PM.
Service Info
A Memorial Service will be held in the sanctuary of Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Road S. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 3 PM.
Interment
Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
