Obituary of Lillian Warnick

Lillian (Lake) Warnick Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother (Nanny) passed away on October 2, 2013 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 66 years, Albert. She is survived by her devoted children, Faya (George) Falwell, Marcia Gordon, Leah Warnick (Betty Rabinowitz) & Patrice Cowden; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Lillian's greatest love was her family, to whom she provided unfailing devotion and inspiration. She took pride in her home and always made others feel warm and welcome there. Her kindness and generosity of spirit was evident to all who knew her. Lillian created beauty all around her with a passion for gardening and her talent for sewing and crafts. Early morning walks at Cobbs Hill gave her a great vantage point for her love of nature. Lillian was a gift to us all. She lifted us, her smile and loving touch warmed us, her embrace made our lives complete. We were the light of her life, and she let us know it until the end. Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 9:30 AM in the Pittsford Annex Cemetery.
