Obituary of Berna Falkoff

Berna Falkoff (Raffelson) Berna Falkoff of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away on December 13, 2012 at age 84. She was predeceased by her husband, Leon Falkoff and sister, Shirley Dvorkin. She is survived by her children, Charles Falkoff, Mimi (Carl) Juliano, Debby Falkoff and Judy Falkoff; grandchildren, Greg and Michael Czerniak,two other grandchildren; several great grandchildren; niece, Connie Rosenbloom; additional family and friends. Berna worked for the Brighton School District for nearly 20 years and was an active volunteer with the Women’s American Ort in Florida and served as president of the Scleroderma Foundation of Southeast Florida. She loved helping and assisting others. Funeral Services will be held on MONDAY, Dec. 17th at 2 PM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford.
