Obituary of Elaine Forman

Elaine Forman (Stern) Passed away on May 18, 2014 at the age of 100. Predeceased by husband, Meyer; son Bert Forman & parents, Bert & Mathilda Stern. Survived by son, Elliot (Sandra) Forman; daughter-in-law, Carol Forman; beloved grandchildren, Michelle & Daniel Forman; nieces & nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of 5NE of the Jewish Home for their loving care.
